Introducing the Aximmetry DE and SE product lines
Aximmetry DE, where DE stands for Dual Engine. Besides Aximmetry’s native render engine, the DE editions also provide Unreal Engine support.
Aximmetry SE, where SE stands for Single Engine which is Aximmetry’s native render engine.
Aximmetry DE is a combination of Aximmetry and our customized version of Unreal Engine called Unreal Editor for Aximmetry. Aximmetry DE lets you create your virtual studios in Unreal Editor and use them in Aximmetry to benefit both from the world-building and rendering features of UE and the advanced virtual studio capabilities of Aximmetry. Unreal scenes from the marketplace and scenes created by you in Unreal Editor can instantly be used in Aximmetry DE.
Aximmetry Technologies is committed to integrating the latest Unreal Engine versions which are production-ready. Our policy is to hold off integration until after the first patches of the official version are released. Please always check our Version History for updates on the new Aximmetry software versions.
Aximmetry SE uses a single rendering engine which is the native Aximmetry engine. It is a 3D render engine that can be programmed through a highly flexible node-based user-interface.
Aximmetry is committed to continuing to develop its native engine and offer it as a more cost-effective high-end option for virtual production.
