Preparation
To avoid the accidental removal of any valuable files, data, or project settings you have created or integrated into your projects, we first recommend making backup copies of your project and calibration files. These are typically located at:
- Project files -> C:\Users\*username\Documents\Aximmetry\Project
- Camera calibration profiles -> C:\Users\*username\AppData\
Roaming\Aximmetry DE\options__Aximmetry DE__XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX\__DeviceSetups\ CameraTracking\Cameras\
We highly recommend you make sure you have a copy of all your project files before proceeding.
Uninstallation
After that, uninstall Aximmetry. If the problem appeared when working with an Unreal scene, then uninstall Unreal Editor for Aximmetry as well.
After you've finished uninstalling the software, delete the following folders for residual Aximmetry files:
c:\users\*username\AppData\

Delete all Aximmetry related entries from:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER/SOFTWARE

Clean Installation
After this, please reinstall Aximmetry, and check if the problem still persists.
Please note that during reinstallation you do not need to install the Content Packages again, as they were not affected by the clean installation process.
Please note that if during reinstallation you choose to install the Content Packages again, then the Content Package files in your Project folder will be overwritten by the new installation. This could lead to losing your project settings if you were using unmodified versions of the Content Package files in your projects.
