Introduction
This document provides an introduction to every available edition of Aximmetry, together with a short description of them at the end of this document.

IMPORTANT: Professional camera tracking systems are only supported by the Broadcast & Film Edition (see later). You can learn more about supported tracking systems here: Tracking Systems
Aximmetry Editions
Aximmetry has two main editions:
- Studio Edition
- Broadcast & Film Edition
Access to the editions is granted after purchasing a license subscription or a lifetime license.
Product licenses are named after the name of the Edition (e.g., Broadcast & Film).
Based on the above, the following product licenses are available:
- Studio
- Broadcast & Film
NOTE: Additional Render Components are available for the Studio and Broadcast & Film editions. To learn more about them, please refer to the following document: Aximmetry Render Components
NOTE: Standalone Aximmetry Applications (e.g., Aximmetry Eye, Aximmetry Camera Calibrator) are compatible with every edition of Aximmetry. Aximmetry Gateway is partially compatible with the Studio Edition, due to the latter's limitations.
Studio Edition
Who is the Studio Edition Meant For?
The Aximmetry Studio Limited Edition (without a watermark) is free of charge. It is suitable for those wishing to try Aximmetry free of charge, without committing to it.
The Aximmetry Studio Edition is a rental version with additional features.
Aximmetry Studio Edition is suitable for small or home studios (e.g., YouTubers), even using professional SDI and NDI devices.
Additional notes:
- The Studio Limited Edition is limited to 1 license available per user account, does not support running Unreal scenes, but supports using up to 1 NDI channel (input or output)
- The Studio Edition is rental-only.
- The Studio Edition comes with Unreal integration (through the option of choosing one Aximmetry Render Component).
- The Studio Edition support using up to 4 SDI and 4 NDI channels at a time (8 professional inputs or outputs total)
With the Studio Limited Edition, you can:
- use multiple cameras with a single PC connected via HDMI or USB capture devices,
- generate one or more video outputs through your graphics card’s HDMI/DP/DVI ports,
- stream your output directly to YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, or any RTMP-based video service
- Use Object tracking systems.
- multi-PC configuration (only as a satellite (renderer) machine).
With the Studio Edition, you can:
- use multiple cameras with a single PC connected via HDMI, USB, or SDI capture devices, as well as NDI,
- generate one or more video outputs through your graphics card’s HDMI/DP/DVI ports, or through your capture card's SDI port, or via network using NDI,
- stream your output directly to YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, or any RTMP-based video service
- Use Object tracking systems.
- multi-PC configuration (only as a satellite (renderer) machine).
Broadcast & Film Edition
Who is the Broadcast & Film Edition Meant For?
Aximmetry Broadcast & Film Edition is suitable for professional studios requiring camera tracking functionality.
- It can be used either in a single-PC setup with unlimited SDI / NDI input/output ports
- using Professional camera tracking systems (it’s limited by the hardware performance only)
- or in a multi-PC configuration (as a controller or renderer machine) (e.g., each camera has its own dedicated rendering PC).
